![]() Today is an incredibly emotional day for me, as it may be the last time I will get to pilot an aircraft. The dream to fly started for me when I was a young boy, barely old enough to even say airplane or helicopter. Like many of you I was inspired by the movie Top Gun, but also by a helicopter tour at the local Coast Guard base in Cape May and my Uncle. My Uncle was a decorated Air Force F-4 pilot and a hero of the Vietnam War. To my wife and children thank you for letting me do this crazy job for the past two decades plus. I know I kept you up late countless nights yet you always kept a warm plate ready for me whenever I arrived home. To my God, thank you for fulfilling my dreams, allowing me to fly, and allowing me to keep my passengers safe. "Thank you all for coming today from near and far.
